A few years ago, if you wanted to create complex games and applications, you would have to install a very expensive and complex software for this purpose and also have a very fast computer. Not to mention the high amount of knowledge you needed to gain before starting creating games. But now, thanks to the DX Studio software, creating complex games and applications has become extremely simple.

After installing and running the application, a welcome screen will be displayed, which allows the user to either create a new project from scratch or edit and existing one. Editing existing game projects can help you become familiar with the program much faster. After selecting the desired game project to be edited, the user will be presented with the main interface of DX Studio, which is split into multiple areas. As such, the user is able to access the layer and scenes which make up the game and can also view the list of files which are used for running the game. He can easily access each file and change the source code, so that he can make the game run exactly how he wants it. Unfortunately, in this case, you will need to first learn the basics of game programming.

After the game project has been properly edited, the user is able to save and export it to a wide range of formats, like EXE, and can also create an installer, so that anyone can get the game into their systems with just a few mouse clicks. Optionally, one can preview the game before actually building and saving it.

Pros

It features a large number of game projects which can be freely modified. Besides that, the interface is complex and includes everything you need to modify your desired games. Furthermore, you can save the game project to a wide range of formats.

Cons

You need to learn the basics of game programming in order to fully customize a game project. DX Studio allows you to quickly create and customize your game projects.
